Valley defeats Old Tappan 12-6

After defeating Ramapo on Monday 5-4 in a game that was as intense as any Pascack Valley has played this season, it was interesting to see how they followed that up against a team like Old Tappan.

They showed no signs of a letdown, defeating the Golden Knights 12-6 Wednesday afternoon at Pascack Valley High School.

The Indians, now 8-2, are showing that their early season success was no fluke. They were led in scoring by Michael Buldo Liccardi and Joe Farenilli and the game never seemed to be in doubt.

Pascack Valley has now won three in a row after the loss to Jefferson and is peaking at the right time going into the playoffs.

Valley plays next on Friday against Dwight Englewood
